Why People Send a Prayer to Golgotha?

Golgotha is where the Cross stood. Where Christ spoke His final words. Where suffering met its answer and death began to be undone. For two thousand years believers have come to this place carrying what they cannot carry alone — and left it at the foot of the Cross.

✅ For those facing illness or crisis.

When a diagnosis changes everything, or a situation feels beyond human reach, Golgotha is the place where the heaviest burdens have always been brought. A prayer placed here is an act of surrender — laying down what you cannot fix at the place where Christ took on what none of us could bear.

✅ For intercession

Many who cannot pray for themselves have someone who prays for them. Golgotha has always been the place of intercession — where others stood when the person most in need could not. Submit a prayer for someone you love.

✅ For grief and loss

The Cross was a moment of profound loss before it became a moment of hope. Golgotha holds both — and a prayer placed here in grief is not a prayer without faith but a prayer that trusts the same God who answered the Cross.

✅ For gratitude

Some prayers at Golgotha are not petitions but thanksgivings — for a life turned around, a grace received, a moment where the impossible became possible.
