Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform through which we offer our products and Services.

2. Products & Product Information

Piece of Holy Land sells Christian gifts, devotional items, and products associated with the Holy Land.

We make reasonable efforts to describe and photograph our products accurately. However, colors may appear differently depending on your screen or device.

Many of our products are handmade or incorporate natural materials such as olive wood, stone, soil, or other natural elements. As a result, natural variations in color, grain, texture, shape, or appearance may occur. These variations are part of the nature of handmade and natural-material products and do not necessarily constitute defects.

Product descriptions, specifications, prices, and availability may be updated when necessary.

We reserve the right to discontinue products, limit quantities, or restrict sales where reasonably necessary or where required by law.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory rights relating to defective, damaged, incorrectly described, or incorrectly supplied products.

3. Product Availability & Pre-Orders

Some products may occasionally be offered as pre-order items when they are temporarily unavailable or awaiting new stock.

A pre-order means that the product is not currently available for immediate dispatch and will be shipped when it becomes available.

Where possible, we may provide an estimated availability or dispatch timeframe. Any such timeframe is an estimate rather than a guaranteed date unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Availability may depend on our artisans, suppliers, production schedules, international or regional circumstances, or other factors outside our direct control.

If a pre-order experiences a significant delay or we determine that we are unable to fulfill it, we will contact the customer using the contact information provided with the order and provide appropriate options, which may include continuing to wait, selecting an alternative product, or receiving a refund for the affected item.

If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order products, the order may be held until all items are available unless we agree otherwise with the customer.

Our standard processing and dispatch schedule does not begin for a pre-order item until that item becomes available for fulfillment.

4. Orders & Payment Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information when placing an order, including your name, email address, billing information, and shipping address.

You are responsible for checking your order details before completing your purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing or inventory errors, unusually large quantities, or circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.

5. Prices & Changes

Product prices may change from time to time without prior notice.

The price applicable to your purchase is the price displayed when you place your order, subject to the correction of obvious pricing or technical errors and applicable law.

Promotions, discounts, and special offers may be subject to separate conditions and may be modified or discontinued where permitted.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped in accordance with our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Our Shipping Policy explains processing and dispatch schedules, tracking, estimated delivery times, customs and import charges, address responsibilities, delayed or missing shipments, and undeliverable or returned packages.

Delivery times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise and may be affected by customs, postal services, local carriers, regional conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Returns, refunds, exchanges, order cancellations, and shipments returned because of refusal, non-collection, address issues, or unpaid import charges are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Eligible return requests may be made within 30 days after receiving your order, subject to the conditions and exclusions stated in that policy.

Where a shipment is returned because of a delivery issue attributable to the recipient, including refusal or failure to pay applicable VAT, customs duties, import charges, or carrier handling fees, shipping and return costs may affect the amount eligible for refund as described in our Return & Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms or our Return & Refund Policy limits mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.

8. Customs, VAT, Duties & Import Charges

Customs duties, VAT, import taxes, tariffs, carrier handling charges, and other import-related fees vary depending on the destination country and applicable regulations.

United States: Applicable U.S. import tariffs are included in the price and handled by Piece of Holy Land. Customers are not required to pay these tariffs separately upon delivery.

European Union: Orders shipped to European Union countries may be subject to local VAT and carrier or customs handling fees upon arrival. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are not collected by Piece of Holy Land at checkout and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Other international destinations: Local customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or carrier handling charges may apply depending on the destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customers are responsible for complying with applicable import requirements in their destination country.
